1. Services
- All haircare, styling, and treatment services are provided as booked.
- Due to the personalized nature of salon services, we do not offer refunds for completed services.
- If you are not satisfied with a service, please inform your stylist immediately. We will do our best to address the issue or offer adjustments at no extra cost.
2. Products
- All haircare products purchased from Ozioma Beauty Salon are eligible for returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or app order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
3. Cancellations
- Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a charge.
- Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows may forfeit any advance payment or deposit.
4. Refunds
- Refunds for products will be issued through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds for prepaid appointments will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to salon approval.
5. Adjustments
- If a service result does not meet expectations and is reported within 48 hours, we will work with you to provide corrective services at no additional charge.
